  • Founder & CEO

    As CEO and Founder of 22 Core Construction, Alex is determined on continuously building his company with exceptional service and high-quality work. With over 30 years’ experience in the industry Alex has proven repeatedly that customer service and project management are two of his strongest qualities as a leader and this shows throughout his team. He has had over 15 years’ experience building commercial and residential construction throughout all of  South Florida. Over the years, he has built experience working from high rises and commercial mall renovations to multi-level condominiums, hotels, schools, parks, airports, municipal projects, and national chain stores.

    ​More than anything, his reputation with clients shows his desire to get the job done, while offering budget management control and design build options. He has a passion for working and communicating with clients, employees, and subcontractors to finish the job as efficiently as possible; but more importantly building relationships along the way.


  • Sr. Project Manager

    Carlos Saade has over 7 years’ experience as a project manager in the construction industry. Carlos specializes in residential spec homes, new construction, and commercial buildings. His focus is on managing construction projects and ensuring that the team on site and in the office are both operating as efficiently as possible. As the PM for the company, Carlos’s day to day responsibilities consist of creating and managing timelines, providing scheduling and logistics for current and new projects, assisting in bidding and estimating, and updating company operating software. 

    His ability to work effectively and efficiently stems from his experience as a Collegiate Athlete while graduating with a double Major in Management and Marketing. The skills and discipline instilled in Carlos from his childhood, in combination with the tutelage under Alex Becerra, has provided him the ability to excel in both areas of the business. Carlos also serves as 22 Core Construction’s lead networker and is involved in the Coral Gables Community Foundation as well as United Way.
